Our Strategy

The Cluster Approach

An untapped niche: consolidating small, proven gold deposits that individually cannot attract capital into a powerful, unified mining hub.

01

Acquire

Target small deposits (0.5–10 tons) with proven resources, abandoned by majors due to size — but available at favorable terms.

02

Consolidate

Combine adjacent licenses within the Mara Region under shared infrastructure, technical expertise, and processing facilities.

03

Produce

Create a mining hub targeting 50+ tons of gold reserves with 150,000 tons of ore processing capacity per year.

Why Small Deposits Go Undeveloped

  • Individually on the verge of profitability — capital costs for a processing complex are not justified by reserves alone.
  • Individual license holders lack the capital and expertise for high-quality geological exploration.
  • Large companies explored the region but abandoned these deposits — not for lack of gold, but due to their individual size.

The Opportunity

Current market conditions place small license holders in a highly unfavorable position — making asset acquisition feasible at compelling valuations. Polygold turns this structural inefficiency into a competitive advantage.
